There are five ways that you can play IL Pick 4, take a look at how to play each one so you know which suits you the most.
To win the Straight play, you need to match all four of the winning numbers in exact drawn order. This play type has the slimmest chances of winning but with higher prizes on offer.
To win a Box Play Type you can match the winning numbers in any order. This play type offers more winning combinations but the odds and prizes for your chosen numbers will vary as a result.
Bet on Straight/Box Play Type for when you can't decide on which to play! Split your wagered amount between Straight and Box, and if you win the Straight prize you'll also win the Box prize.
If you select this play type, you can boost your chances of winning the jackpot by playing each combination of the Straight Play type.
Choosing the Pair Play Type means you only need to select two numbers. There are two types of pairs to win - Front Pair (where you'll need to match the first two numbers in exact order) and Back Pair (matching the last two numbers in order).
For Box, Straight/Box, and Combination plays you choose four different ways to match numbers: 4-way, 6-way, 12-way and 24-way - named after the number of winning combinations there are.
